Being a Virgo, a perfectionist and organized I always make a to-do list so to make a list of my new year’s resolution seems like a no-brainer, so here’s my to-do list for 2015.
1) Get my degree and certification in nutrition and health coaching.
2) Get certified as a group exercise instructor
3) Get my Body fat down between 10-12%
4) Run a 5k in 25 minutes or under.
5) Run a 10k or do a spartan race.
6) Meet Amanda Latona
7) Win the lottery (Let’s hope for lucky#7)
